Peggy's Exercise Schedule
Classes are held each Monday and Thursday, unless there is a holiday or a time when our area is needed for a funeral or other church-related event.
Class times are:
9 am Yoga
10 am Gentle Strength
11 am Full Strength
12:05 pm Yoga
5:15 pm Yoga
Yoga: Beginner to intermediate level. An accessible form of yoga where no experience is necessary.
Gentle Strength: A combination of strength, flexibility and balance work for older adults, those with limitations, or those recovering from illness or injury. These exercises are performed either seated in a chair, or standing with the use of a chair for balance or support.
Full Strength: Full body strengthening using dumbbells, ankle weights, resistance bands, and stability balls. Core work and stretching included.
