I am taking off on my annual trip to Florida next week and wanted to let you know of the changes to the yoga and strength class schedule. First of all, there will be no classes on Monday, April 2nd, as the church is closed for the Easter Holidays. On Thursday, there is a funeral for Shirley Marshall (my husband's aunt), during the morning and lunch hour, so there will only be one class that day, the 5:15 yoga class.
Here is the final schedule:
April 2nd: NO classes
April 5th: 5:15 yoga only
April 9th: All classes as usual
April 12th: 10:00 and 11:00 strength and noon yoga
I will be back to teaching the full schedule on April 16th.

9am—Yoga: Beginner to intermediate level. An accessible form of yoga where no experience is necessary.
10am—Gentle Strength: A combination of strength, flexibility and balance work for older adults, those with limitations, or those recovering from illness or injury. These exercises are performed either seated in a chair, or standing with the use of a chair for balance or support.
11am—Full Strength: Full body strengthening using dumbbells, ankle weights, resistance bands, and stability balls. Core work and stretching included.
